SHIPPING AND RETURNS
We ship all in-stock orders within 1-2 business days of purchase. Shipping times do not include the day it's shipped. Transit times are based on your distance from our warehouse in Emeryville, CA and will arrive within about 3-7 business days. Free shipping is available for orders over $75 inside of the US. If you are not 100% satisfied with your product you can return it for a full product refund within 30 days.
All Elevate products are returnable within 30 days from the date of purchase for an exchange or refund. A refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping and handling charges) will be applied to the same credit card that was used for the original order. We kindly ask that our customers do take care of the return shipping.
Please send the product to the address below and email us a copy of your receipt and some brief feedback on what you didn't like about the product. Repack the item(s) you wish to return securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please allow 2-3 weeks from receipt and processing for a refund to be issued back onto your credit card.

We offer a 1 year manufactures warranty on all products. This warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, abuse, anticipated wear, or damage from the elements. Do not leave any products outside as prolonged exposure to sun, cold and heat will degrade them. Damage due to weather exposure is not covered under warranty. Proof of purchase is required for warranty coverage.
