Standard shipping transit times are based on your distance from our warehouse in Emeryville, CA. 2 day air and next day air shipments are available on the site.
A tracking number will be emailed over but give it 24 hours for UPS to update the tracking.  If you don't see the email sometimes they end up in the promotions or spam folder so be sure to check there.
Free shipping is available for orders over $250 inside of the US.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your product you can return it for a full product refund within 90 days. 

All Elevate products are returnable within 90 days from the date of purchase for an exchange or refund.  A refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping and handling charges) will be applied to the same credit card that was used for the original order. We kindly ask that our customers do take care of the return shipping.  

 Please email us first at with a brief message on what you didn't like about the product and why you're returning it so we can assist you. Do not just send your product back before emailing with us as orders can get lost in transit or the warehouse when we don't know they're coming or who from.  After emailing with an Elevate representative Repack the item(s) you wish to return securely in the original product packaging, if possible.  Please allow 2-3 weeks from receipt and processing for a refund to be issued back onto your credit card.

We offer a 1 year manufactures warranty on all products. This warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, abuse, anticipated wear, or damage from the elements. Do not leave any products outside as prolonged exposure to sun, cold and heat will degrade them. Damage due to weather exposure is not covered under warranty.  Proof of purchase is required for warranty coverage.
