I purchased this product for my 11yr old son he and I are loving the product. I can see him improving his accuracy in the short time he's been using it. The 11th Man Goalie and Defender are truly a game changer. Sometimes it's difficult to get players together for an informal practice. Having these products adds a new dimension to practicing alone, they keep the game fun. Recently, I had a question about these products and my email, and my call was answered by Elevate timely, and we received excellent customer service. We are glad we made the purchase!

We purchased a Defender Pro from Elevate in the Fall of 2021. My son uses the 11th man defender to practice his split and roll shots and learning how to shoot around defenders. The product has given him a realistic opponent when practicing by himself and has improved his game. The main reason for this review, however, is for the great customer support and service. When we reached out to Elevate about a small manufacturing defect that we found in the product a few months after we received it, Elevate responded professionally and honored the one year manufacturing warranty by sending a replacement 11th man defender within days of my first email. You can’t ask for better customer service than that!

Love them, use them at team practices and individual training been a great addition to have.
